Need for a Proactive Israelis Policy for Syria

Regarding an Israeli Victory on the Ground, Israel should support a policy of Democracy for Syria - something the Sunni majority has not been able to achieve because of Iran and Russia support for the minority Shia Muslims, and Turkey's preoccupation with the Kurds, particularly those in Syria.
