Arab MuslimReader comment on item: Israel, U.N. Favorite Submitted by Sameer Jordan (Jordan), Dec 6, 2005 at 15:43 This is an Arab Muslim writing… I am trying to talk neutrally.Israel is not a normal country in the world, this state is a "unique case" since it was founded until now and even for the long future, it is existed among neighborhood who refuses its existence either they announce it or not, because of its superiority in almost everything in the Middle East, it is part of the culture here to refuse who are considered "Strangers" to be superiors although comes only from hard work. Arabs are divided on almost everything, take Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, etc… except the Palestinian – Israeli issue, we do not hear any admiration for Israel… What I think that this State in order to survive should be strong all the time, not only from a military aspect, but also the economy, the education system, democracy, to keep its friends with it, dealing with the International media, as well as the Jewish all around the world who work hard to protect it, otherwise, this country will be eliminated one day… but for sure, this is not a tiny shitty country… The UN is representing the majority of its members, if they vote for or against Israel, this will not change that much, what Israel needs is to solve this issue with the Arabs, maybe this leads to minimize the pressure on it… If the other leaders accept Sharon or not, at the end, from my personal point of view, he is one of the strongest Prime Ministers during Israel's life and even in the near future.
