Sir Ian Blair

Reader comment on item: Idiots' File

Submitted by Mike Randall (United Kingdom), Apr 10, 2006 at 10:27

The comments attributed to Sir Ian Blair, Metroplitan Police Commissioner, viz " There is nothing wrong with being a fundamentalist Moslem" is so typical of a man who is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to serving the public. The Met., once proudly independent, is now, under his stewardship, so politicised that it is in danger of becoming the 'thought police' of fiction. Forget run of the mill criminal activity, we English are in danger of being arrested for daring even to think anti-islamic thoughts. Dhimmitude awaits us thanks to the two Blairs.
