O.K. I agree. But this text:

7:168 وَقَطَّعْنَاهُمْ فِي الأرْضِ أُمَمًا مِنْهُمُ الصَّالِحُونَ وَمِنْهُمْ دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَبَلَوْنَاهُمْ بِالْحَسَنَاتِ وَالسَّيِّئَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

007.168 We broke them up into sections on this earth. (Jews) There are among them some that are the righteous, and some that are the opposite. We have tried them with both prosperity and adversity: In order that they might turn (to us).

Al-Qur'an, 7:168 Al-Araf [The Heights]

This text finished, when state Israel was founded. According to Sura 7:168 the Jews should always live without a country of their own and they should always keep the state of diaspora! However, the reality is different. In 1948 the state of Israel was founded.
