Israeli Prisoner Exchange for Hostages

Reader comment on item: Is Palestinian Terrorism against Israel "Civilized"?

Submitted by John R. Peacher (United States), Sep 10, 2006 at 09:15

To put an end to this nonsense, I would release the prisoners, many accused of terror and murder, in coffins and set them on the Lebanese border. This is what terrorists understand, and will define the war they have imposed on us; the definition being that the diplomatic charade has ended, the Israeli prisoners will be released unharmed and if it happens again it will be one village destroyed for every Israeli soldier or citizen kidnapped in the future.

Actions such as this on our part will convince the "Arab street" that we are serious and will be a chance for them to turn on the terrorists in their midst.
