ObservationsReader comment on item: Islamists Threaten Civil War in Great Britain – A Smart Idea? Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), Sep 26, 2006 at 11:44 It is interesting to see Algerian Muslims take a page from Antonio Gramsci. A very good description of the Sardinian is to be found in "The Keys of This Blood" by Malachi Martin. However, various questions have arisen, despite the efforts of those in the Arab world who place a high priority on friendship with the United States. Given that there are Muslims who raise their voice and speak out about the shedding of blood, I am curious, what are they doing the rest of the time? Furthermore, what about those who maintain their silence? For, isn't this really about the motivation of those who are willing to shed blood? Furthermore, given the numbers of those already dead or captured, the well of replacements looks to be very deep to take their place. I'm glad for the forum that these questions can be raised, without threat of censure. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
