Agree with all of this, nevertheless, I and my students would like to send help by way of instrument accessories and music. An email to Edward Wong brought no response - do you have any idea if they are already getting such help or how/who we might contact to contribute?

I agree - in of itself the orchestra is a fine thing, my problem is the US government's embrace.
No, I do not know how to reach the orchestra; perhaps a reader does?
