Lincoln (Canada), Dec 26, 2006 at 14:08 When I read: Because it was the lack of a mutual-agreed-upon border in 1990 that led Saddam Hussein to invade Kuwait,; I concluded that this is part of the story. There was also the part that saw Saddam furious with Kuwait because Kuwait went along with measures which Saddam viewed as being hostile to the economic interests of Iraq.
