Opposition personalities in Saudi ArabiaReader comment on item: Holier than Thou: Saudi Arabia's Islamic Opposition Submitted by David Jovanovic (United States), Mar 18, 2007 at 14:56 Daniel, One should look for a small man who was born without the right forearm in the ranks of the Saudi Arabia opposition. He may be the central figure there, the way Zlatko Lagumdzija, the leader of the Bosnian SDP is central to the upset that has taken place in Bosnia nad Herzegovina and the former Yugoslavia. I believe that we can pretty much talk of the beast (the red serpent, the dragon, the devil) and the false prophet there - the best being the man in Saudi Arabia and the false prophet being Lagumdzija. We better stay put and look straight - we shall defeat them, I am sure. Sincerely, David Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
