"We just want to be good Muslims " unquoteReader comment on item: Washington to Rescue Europe's Muslims? Submitted by Denise Ward (United States), May 30, 2007 at 04:24 So those who worry about not being fully accepted in Europe and just want to stay there and "be good Muslims" . Well, I ask : What is a "good Muslim " ? Someone who prays five times a day ? That is a stupid waste-of-time habit , but I guess we non-Muslims could live with it. Other rather superficial stuff like that too. However - are good Muslims people who want to separate men from women ? Abide by the Sharia law of Islam ? Honor kill? Subordinate women ? And so on ! Are they "good Muslims " ? If so, they do not belong in a modern, free society, and should be told that when in another country , a non-Muslim country, they must live by the rules and laws of THAT country. If they can't do that, well tell them to go back to thier own Muslim world where rape is a woman's fault. It is simple. Why make a big complicated thing of it all ? Shape up or ship out. Get a little guts, and forbid their storming riots and fits when they don't like the sound of something we say . Europe, don't turn into a bunch of apologetic softies. America, take a hint from the problems in Europe.
