Reader comment on item: Salvaging the Iraq War
in response to reader comment: No fence?

Submitted by Godot (United States), Jul 25, 2007 at 14:04

I know that a fence is not a reasonable nor a viable solution because the US did not build an efficient one on its southern borders. It's a very ambitious project.

As far as the solution to the Iraqi nightmare, I humbly admit here that I don't have an answer. I am sharing thoughts on this forum and I am unable to offer a realistic remedy to this bad mess. I can not pretend that I have an immediate panacea. I have been thinking about it though.
