Uniting to exclude Saudi Airlines

Read the article and thought, great idea. Let's stay out of their country and keep them out of ours - then I thought about how one would accomplish the things that the article calls for. Realized that there's a flaw in the thinking here. The Saudi's have something we can't do without - oil! Arab nations use their oil to get their citizens into Western nations so they can take up residence there - alligence is of course maintained to the fatherland.

If we want to be treated fairly by Arabs (at least those who don't want to kill us immediately) we'll have to become independent of Arab oil first.

Does anyone know if we are getting any oil from Iraq? We should be getting all we want and without a price tag on it. We've paid with the blood of our sons as well as our money. Getting free access to Iraqi oil would make us and the West energy independent - then we could successfully enact all that the article calls for.

If we're not, better start petitioning government to install windmills - it's clean, air is free and the earth's wind in one year would power all of our energy wants and needs for the entire world for 10 years. This would not only protect the planet and reverse the damage we've done to it, but it stops putting money in the pockets of those who wish to kill us and have us pay the costs for our deaths.
