Although you make some great and correct statements there is a small problem with it. The Palestinians will never give up and will never come to this conclusion because it will be against their belief. When a nation was brought on a ground of hate you can not change their mind, or make them realize other view. When Palestinians are taught to hate Israel and Jews from Kindergarten, its practically impossible to change their mind.

so although your point of view is true, it is impossible to occur.
