Pre-Al Queda in Gaza

Inasmuch as this was first presented November 16, 2005, there is no mention of the coming of Al Queda to Gaza and the West Bank. I think that this is a new factor which has to be taken into account because it greatly increases the difficulty of achieving the result envisioned.
