However, there is likely a sinister plan besides simply wanting to live better: The hardcore exterminationist Palestinian could say "not merely will I live better under the Jews, but I'm securing my legal position to be part of the demographic tidal wave that will destroy Israel through Palestinian votes sometime mid-century." That really is the perfect crime for them (like all the wonderful Moslems coming to the US, only about two orders of magnitude more significant for Israel.)
