why did Oswald kill Kennedy

The most convincing explanation I have seen is, to put in in simplistic terms, Oswald was sexually humiliated by his wife and wanted to show her he was a big man. This thesis is thoroughly developed in an article called Lee Harvey Oswald-Another Look, by Thomson, Boissevain and Aukofer in Mind & Human Interaction, vol. 8, no.2 spring/summer 1997, p. 119. This is not inconsistent with Pierson's thesis.
