Granted there are some still in Charlotte, N. C. continuing on and onReader comment on item: [Charlotte's Web and] Hezbollah in America Submitted by HILDA E. DAVIS (United States), Jan 5, 2008 at 23:01 For example, NASHAR, AHAISSAM AHED, or Haissam Nashar, or "Sam" as he's know is still out there somwhere???? Anyone know where? He was arrested 12-20-05, held in Mecklenbery jail on federal indictment until 8-07, now no word on where he is. This is the man that first gave up the 18 in Charlotte that were convicted, and or cut their deal with the government for their variety of crimes, that ran from cigarette smuggling, money laundering, fraudulent marriages to funneling money to terrorist group Hezbollah. He also gave up the names of those in Michigan that he along with Fawzi Asmar and his brother Georges N. El Asmar were providing the cigarettes funneled from N. C. to Michigan. Then not liking competition, while out on bond for being caught in St. Louis, Missiouri with the counterfeit cigarette stamps, he hired 3 men to set fire to, firebomb, shoot into, etc., a competitors convenience store about a half block from his own store. Seems he really doesn't like competition of any kind. Could someone let me know what he's doing now, or where he's being held? Can't seem to pull it up on the puter, but he sure shouldn't be out on bond with those types of crimes....I did learn that his wife Valerie has formed two new corporations, and that the company he bought the truck van rental business was suing them for over $800,000 he owed them. Strange how he can't pay the money for the trucks and vans he supplied to everyone for their trips full of cigarettes, but his wife can open up a new club and he can open up a new AAA Collision Center, The Stratus Club, and they have just opened up Freedom Auto Rental in Charlotte, NC.in December 2007. How do they manage all this? Be willing to bet it's not being done legally....we'll see what the authorities have to say about it....Sure home no one opens up a club or rental center nearby, they wouldn't stand a chance near him. Submitting....
