Alabama must have close ties to Charlotte, NCReader comment on item: [Charlotte's Web and] Hezbollah in America Submitted by HILDA E. DAVIS (United States), Jul 21, 2008 at 13:34 How would someone in Alabama have such close ties to a Lebanese in N.C.? I found this quite strange. As for being a nice person, I have no doubt he gave that impression, as most of them do. Why Fawzi Asmar had the people of Morehead City believing he was the nicest man you'd ever meet, and it was his American wife that was the bad one. He and his brother Georges even had an article done about their coming to the U.S., how poor they were, how hard he worked, that he owned a restaurant and home in Canada, etc., when he didn't own a restaurant or home, but in fact had worked as a waiter, and lived with his g/friend and her two sons, with her parents paying all expenses while he made his trips back to the U.S. and smuggled cigarettes back to Michigan and wire transferred large sums of money back to the U.S. to buy more for smuggling. He didn't bother to tell everyone that he was still married to his wife in Lebanon when he married the American bride, who didn't find out until 6 years later. He didn't bother to tell anyone he'd been in the U.S. illegally for over 10 years...but he did tell those close to him that he was going to sue the fraudulent mother in law (me) for defamation of character for the things I was telling about him. Wonder why I haven't been served with that law suit? Bet he didn't tell anyone that his attorney got him a fraudulent annulment, even after hearing him admit to the bigamy. Bet he didn't tell the INS Judge he was out on bond on the Bigamy charge when he got his VD from the U.S., which required him to be a man of good moral character? Maybe Ali didn't go as far as Fawzi, but you can bet he's not clean, and I'd also bet he's probably as good a liar as Fawzi was, they seem to be pathological in this areana. So if you're such good friends and so close to Ali, maybe you'd better do some checking, I've done mine.
