Every Action Has Its ReactionReader comment on item: Al-Qaeda's Limits Submitted by M.Afzal (Sweden), Feb 6, 2008 at 10:19 Dear, I am quite clear that Every action has its reaction. We are living in the world where we can say' the world system is anarchic'. There are many loopholes and these loopholes are , I think the action , benefiting and resulting the reaction. We still dont have exact definition of ' Terrorism'. Even the institution which is so called 'United Nations' is helping to empower the powerfuls and helping to implant more ' Bannana Republics'. We still , not having the definition of Terrorism but we have attacked few countries using the cover of it. We still dont have International Law and Order which is acceptable for all nations. The world is of Liberal-Capitalists and more over they are trying to impose this system irrespective of having looked into the social and cultural structures of the nation states. I think first we should try to fill these with collective agreements of all of the globe we live in then we can blame the poor states for these wrong doings. Sorry to say, we are just unfair in this respect. Are We not? M. Afzal Student of IR..
