Sh'ma Israel - At His Name Every Knee Shall Bow

If you have read anything that has been written by M. Tovey and have come to a conclusion that Israel must bow to anyone else than her Eternal Sovereign, then you have not understood the position from which any of this has been written, nor the Holy Scriptures from which any of this has been derived.

Yeshua Himself declared "salvation is of the Jews." Very carefully read and understood by the power of His Spirit, every Christian who is willing to administer the truth of life through Almighty G-d must acknowledge that very fact. Any idea that tries to minimize that and say that somehow Christianity replaces Israel's rightful place in this world and the world to come is a falsehood that comes from the very mouth of the Adversary.

This writer is not a Roman in his theology or practice of his faith, but instead adheres to a more faithful understanding of what is revealed in the Word of the L—d. What was taught by the teachings of the Romanesque Christianity of this reader's youth has been replaced by the truth as revealed by Yeshua HaMashiach through His Spirit in His revealed Word. In it, Yeshua does not propose to replace Judaism, but to bring it to its completion according to the promises made to Abraham. In this is truth found in being faithful to the L—d G-d of Israel, which is revealed by faith in Yeshua HaMashiach as well.

Sh'ma O Israel - Hear O Israel – The L—d our G-d is One L—d. Yeshua states the greatest commandment, found in the fifth Book of the Torah in the 30th Chapter, to "love the L—d. In fact, in Moses' final dissertation, it is all about the promises made to Israel, and for Israel to seek after her L—d in all things, forever.

Yeshua also addresses another aspect of a relationship with the L—d, that of worship, to worship the L—d in spirit and in truth. It is a consummate directive that reinforces the closing comment of the previous response, that there is no imagery nor manmade handiwork that can represent Almighty G-d to anyone. Yet we know from the Hebrew Scriptures that the L—d has made Himself known to men in a real sense, as we read of the meeting with Abraham just prior to the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

If He has made that relationship real by having that communion with Abraham, how is it so inconceivable that according to His Word He uses the instrument of a Jewish human form to reveal the completion of His promises to Israel and prepares the faithful to come to obedience in His love and to spread the witness of the Gospel, which are His words, and His alone?

Only in the interference of traditions and religious character assassination of His Person do we come to realize that the Adversary, the enemy of our souls and the enemy common to all who love the apple of His eye, will use every means allowed to him to destroy Israel and all that Israel stands for. Blessings to Him that lives forever, Israel's destiny is in the L—d's hands and it is those promises to Israel that will come true; and it is to Him this reader owes everything, through Yeshua HaMashiah as it is written.
