Difference between islamic prayer and yoga

I am very depressed reading this article.The girl doesnot know the beauty of islamic prayers,she is considering it an exercise which is a shame for her.if she don't know what islam is then why is she commenting about islamic prayers.I hope she will try to understand islam and then say something.
By saying our prayers we thank allah for his kindness,we praise his oneness and his authority and we give our prayers more importance than any thing else.
