World of HypocrisyReader comment on item: Unbowed: An Algerian Woman Confronts Islamic Fundamentalism Submitted by Hannah (United States), Apr 12, 2006 at 00:03 I can understand what you have gone through because of Islamic fundamentalists, just as there are Christian and Jewish fundamentalists. I have been researching all religions and as we all know these three religions are basically all saying the same things and are yet always at war. I cannot understand how ignorant they can be by killing eachother yet going to church/musk/synagogue and stating they respect humanity and pray to one god. These same people look down on everyone else, they state they help humanity and pray to god and so on.... while it is all for show and thier own benefit. There are very few true believers that are actually good people and use religion to help and yet the majority have killed in the name of religion. There are hundreds of thousands of churches, musks, synogogues, and other religious buildings that have had millions and millions of dollars put into thier construction, famous architecture, and millions used on gold.... while these unnecessary costs should be spent on helping the poor they state they care about. How about helping orphans, homeless children, the poor, the abused, the neglected.... so much trouble going, people killing eachother over land, oil, water, food, and greed while so many are busy in million dollar buildings praying to some statues and rocks. If you are a religious person and reading this just think about what you are doing before you look down on others and thinking they are ignorant for not being christian/muslim/jewish or whatever.... because in todays society there are actual ways to help the human family than attending religous practices and just preaching about how much you care and how much you worship. There is so much more to be said.... but I have to go study! Take care and I hope for a better world and a healthier society, and I begin that by working on my own habits and attitude, it is done if each person stands up to make a difference instead waiting for a leader.
