Khilafat considered in politicsReader comment on item: The Citizen of the 21st Century: How Far, How Fast? Submitted by Abdul Ali (Pakistan), Jun 9, 2008 at 13:23 Yes I Agree That Ruling cannot be excluded cause ruling is also a part of life about which islam has also taught some laws.. when I wrote, the people in my mind were those from whom i heard that Khalifa is only an Islamic name for PM/President, to put short, a ruler.... Ok, that is a Part of Khilafat, In fact even the Holy prophet gave command after Victory of Makkah.. But the primary task of a Khalifa is to keep guiding the People. And that in it self is no little job... People are also talking these days in Islamic countries to make Khilafat system instead of democracy.. and that is why i wrote that Khalifa is not made by man.. its the Job of Allah since GOD knows best that who is the right person at that time who can guide people.
