Islam in the universty class room taught by devotees.Reader comment on item: Islamists Police the Classroom [at the University of South Florida] Submitted by kameelfarag (United States), Jan 6, 2004 at 02:13 Amazingly those who teach Islam are on the side of Islam because they want to attack christianity.Historically and politically as well as Ideologically Islam and democracy don't mix. God help us and every free loving American if Islamism gets a stronghold in the USA. You may have to say goodby to the western Civilization. How can you accept a religion that promotes Divorce by uttering the words "I divorce you" 3 times, or to allow polygamy up to 4 wives at a time , or to not be able to remarry your previously divorced wife unless she had been married to another person in between. How can you promote a religion where its follower believe that the law of the land should be the laws of the Koran. This does not mean that among Muslim people there are none who dont love America or Democracy and western way of life and dress. A large numbr of the Muslims don't follow the basic Islamic tenets, and you can make good friends with them and if they have their way they would like to remove from the Koran all the awkward statements regarding Jihad against infidels and the promoting of fighting and killing. One of the decieving statements that Fanatic Muslims and Islamists try to promote is that Christianity also called for Jihad in the form of the Crusades. , in fact it was the religious leaders of the day that called for the Crusade which was not based on the Christian teaching of Christ or his disciples.
