Why don't you say it clearly and unequivically ?

The latest figures tell us that the entire US intelligence community has less than 100 Arabic speakers. The numbers of messages are in the millions. It takes months for the backlog of recordings and messages to be seen and translated. We are spooked by the volume alone, not by the content of the Arabic messages.

Title VI was supposed to produce Arabic speakers. It has not: and this is a very serious security concern. And more, the Arabic speakers we have are not reliable as has been shown recently. US Intel has failed catasrophically. No one has been brought to account. What is going on ???
