The real truth will revealed itself.Reader comment on item: The Islamic Invasion: Confronting the World's Fastest Growing Religion Submitted by timotiez (Indonesia), Sep 10, 2008 at 07:20 Well.. i agree with the statement that religion is the way to find peace or purpose. But more than that, for a third portion of this earth agreed that a religion is also the way of life. This is a crucial belief system that will guide how we will live this life. Unfortunately for those many people who took a wrong path of this beliefs system do not think logically with their mind. They just received what being told and written and not whole-heartedly seeking the real truth. Why? because the beliefs system they hold not allowing that way of thinking. The beliefs systems itself (Islam) stated that none should criticize what being told from the beginning from Muhammad. What kind of beliefs it is, when there are no questions against it? It is like Hitller era who forced to apply his beliefs system without allowing people to ask. Just get rid off the one who dissagree! Where do I know it? I live in the moslem country where many times Islam reacted too far during general circumstances. Back at the day when Denmark illustrator published the cartoons of Mohammad, there was so many over reacted protests against that from the moslem communities here. They said that they were defending their prophet! They did some terror on Denmark citizens. Does it make any sense in the name of protecting their idol? More about Islam that cannot be grasp with our mind, even with other fellow moslems, but they just did it (by said "according to Mohammed the prophet or Koran"): + more than one wife -- Mohammad practicing polygami According to one who was love moslem but at the end left moslem: I have debated with many Muslims. Their defense of Islam can be summarized in two categories: (a) Denial of the authenticity of Islamic sources that report the stories of crimes of Muhammad (b) Moral relativism and situational ethics, e.g., "In those days, pedophilia, assassination, rape, raid, pillage, massacre and lying, were common practices, so Muhammad is innocent because he did what everyone else was doing." Muslims even go as far as to question the legitimacy of the Golden Rule to claim I do not have any basis to condemn Muhammad. In other words, who can say what is good and what is evil? That is up to the messenger of God to decide. Today, millions of ex-Muslims are questioning the claimed truth of Islam, can make their criticisms heard worldwide, and unlike before, not fear for their lives. So this can lead into long argument but is not the true challange. The true challange is can a person really seek the real truth, "is there the real truth that can not be reach by human mind"? To know the truth you should pay attention to what Jesus said "I'm the way and the truth and the life". When you believe in Him then you shall find that the truth is revelead automatically within you. The truth is not about what we believe but more about who we belive. Bless you all.
