NazarethReader comment on item: How Many Islamists? Submitted by Pointing out errors (Canada), Oct 19, 2008 at 22:26 When talking about Israel, Daniel Pipes quotes a Jerusalem Post article that says that an Islamic party won 75% of the vote in Umm el-Fahm . Fine. But Mr. Pipes forgets about the result in Nazareth, where the party's affiliated list, the United Nazareth list, was defeated by the secular parties. This is important because Umm el-Fahm is nowhere near the size of Nazareth, the largest Arab city in Israel.
