What is a proper proportion in warfare? :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

If you throw a rock at me I will throw a mountain at you! That is the proportion that I will give to all who come at me! I don't give a damn what the international community thinks. However, I will equally bless all those who help me even in small ways. I will give ten for one. Ten blessings for one blessing and ten curses for one curse. I think that only fair, considering.
