MUCH NEEDED HISTORY LESSON

Thank you for this very timely history lesson. I don't imagine there are many Americans who were aware of the facts you presented before reading your article. It is our tax money being spent in the mistaken belief that we can 'democratize' Iraq. It is our sons and daughters who are dying, and will continue to die, unless we wake up. It's time to barrage the White House and our legislators with these facts and demand that we pull out of Iraq as soon as feasible.
