Israel needs a strong commited leader.Reader comment on item: Other Critics of Israeli Strategy in Gaza Submitted by vigilant (United States), Jan 26, 2009 at 10:43 Through these times of so called peace discourse for an Israeli-Palestine solution let us look at the long history of Arab(Palestine) problems that continue to exist with strikes on Israel while a useless piece of paper dabbles in pukespeak!) How many times have we seen those who only want to stall and persecute Israelis with rockets and mortar even before the ink dries on the crappy paper. Under Pres. Bush, there was no mistaken of intentions to stand frim with Israel against those who only want to drive this nation into the sea. My one displeasure with Pres. Bush was that he like so many did not understand the spiritual and physical history of this volitile region. As a believer, a Christian, Bush should have known the history of this area, through reading his Bible, the Word of the Living God. More than once God made a covenant with Abraham and this was the Land, the Home for the Jewish people to come and under His watchful eye and protection from those enemies who have for long been warrior and waring nation and a vengeful mind even dismissing the LORD God, who has said, "Those who bless Israel...WILL BE BLESSED, and those who curse Israel WILL BE CURSED! And thats all there is to that! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
