Radicalised Muslim Youth waging a love jehad to lure Non Muslim Women and Rape & Blackmail them...Reader comment on item: Islamists in the Hospital Ward Submitted by Amit Kapoor (India), Jun 19, 2009 at 14:56 Surat Muslim gang rapist of underaged girl sold rape-video serials Posted by jagoindia on June 17, 2009
Accused sold rape-video serials Surat: Though Surtis simmered in outrage stoked after a teenaged schoolgirl was gangraped on Friday, they thwarted the possibility of a communal flare-up by ignoring the call for a bandh on Monday, made by the VHP. The accused belong to the minority community. Shops and commercial establishments across Surat carried on with business, oblivious to the bandh. As for the accused in the Surat gangrape case, one of them, Shahid, might be selling MMS clips of gangrape incidents for profit, said police sources apprised of the investigations. Forty-two unsavoury MMS clips, of which seven involved gangrapes, were stored his Shahid's phone. The clips were probably shot to blackmail victims and the accused made money from them, the sources said. The police did not rule out the possibility of the three accused being involved in a sex racket. Surat rape: cops seize MMS clippings Jun 17, 2009 Surat: Police have recovered two MMS clippings of the alleged gangrape of a minor schoolgirl in Surat on June 12 in a moving car, allegedly featuring two of the accused, Tariq Saiyed and Abu Bakr. The police also claim to have found on their phones, laptops and computer several other MMSes recording their sexual encounters. Tariq and his cousin Shahid, as well as their friend Abu Bakr, are in Crime Branch custody on a 14-day remand. The Surat police are also investigating if one of the three had a hand in the murder of a call girl, found dead on January 16 in the city. According to police sources, an identity sketch prepared on the description of a suspect, provided by a friend of the dead call girl, matches one of the three. Based on the MMSes recovered from their phones and laptops, police are also investigating the possibility that the same accused — the son of a head constable, and an aspiring model — raped a mentally challenged girl. The body of the 35-year-old Nepali call girl had been recovered in Surat on January 16. Police have made no arrests in the case so far. According to a police official who interrogated the three, Tariq, Shahid and Abu Bakr were returning home to Nanpura early on Friday morning from a dhaba, around 18 km from Surat, in an Opel Corsa when they spotted the minor girl with a friend near Kadiwala School. Abu Bakr was driving the car, Tariq sat in the front with him while Shahid was sitting at the back. They stopped the car near the couple, got off and forced them into the car pretending to be officers from the police Special Operations Group. They allegedly threatened to implicate them in a false case if the girl did not agree to have sex with them. Then, they forced themselves on her, even as Shahid recorded it on his camera. According to the police, while one of the MMS clips is 35-minute-long, the other lasts about 12 minutes. They dropped the girl back at the Kadiwala School and threatened that if she told anyone, the MMS would be distributed publicly. Police say at least 10 more clips have been recovered from Shahid and Abu Bakr's phones, while Crime Branch police claim to have found 15 more on the laptop of Shahid. Most of them allegedly show them having sex with call girls. Orkut profile of Surat Muslim gang rapists Posted by jagoindia on June 17, 2009 The 'dangerous' Orkut profiles of Surat rapists The profile details and the kind of 'friends' the accused have gives a clear picture of the young men, who hunted down young girls using social networking sites Wednesday, June 17, 2009 NEW DELHI, INIDA: 'Risk is my business, danger is my game. Don't play with me', proclaims the Orkut profile, which reportedly belongs to Tariq Saiyad, one of the three young men accused of gang-raping a schoolgirl in Surat on Friday. The profile details, and the kind of 'friends' the accused have, give a clear picture of the young men, who hunted down young girls using social networking sites, apart from prowling the streets for victims. But the Surat rape case, where the trio raped a school girl in a car, gave a twist to their tale. The aspiring models who enticed many a girl via the social networking platform are now getting brickbats upon brickbats. "He should be castrated," reads one hate message, while another netizen proclaims death sentence to the alleged rapists. "You should be stoned to death," says the scrap. "I wish that would have happened to one of your family girls. Then you would realise what rape is," wrote Hetal, one of Tariq's close friends on Orkut. Another user said he has done this with many girls. "He has not did wid only 1 girl, he did wid many girls, gang rape, same type, in car only," reads the scrap from King of king. The same user has put another scrap on Sahil's Orkut page saying that the trio has raped seven girls. The fathers of the accused duo serve in the police force and it was alleged that they were shielding their sons from the repercussions of their alleged misdeeds. But the e-courts have proclaimed death sentences to the accused. "Court should surrender this kind of criminal to the public, they know very well what to do with this kind of criminal…… we should cut his pe*** in front of that girl in public place, so nobody will have guts to do this again…," writes an Orkutian identified as King of the king. Most of the comments, in Hindi, Gujarati and English use all the swearwords and more to give vent to their anger. Saiyed Shahid also has got many online slaps. "First of all u can't be Saiyed as Saiyed caste is one of Highest caste in Muslim. You are not even Human forget about being Muslim… you should be punished by ISLAMIC LAW , u don't need fast track court stuff," reads one scrap. Sahil, a common friend of Shahid and Tariq, is flooded with dozens of messages from other Orkutians requesting him to stay away from the rapists, who also also allegedly filmed this gang rape act with mobile camera. Whatever be the verdict of the court, netizens are clear in their verdict – a criminal deserves to be punished. Most rapists in India, Sweeden, France ,etc are muslims... For example lebanese muslims raped many minor australian girls who were white / christians. These are not mere rapes...It is love jehad... http://islamicterrorism.wordpress.com/2009/06/17/orkut-profile-of-surat-muslim-gang-rapists/ Another case in which all rapists were muslims and all victims were non muslim school girls Ajmer sex scandal From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search The Ajmer Sex Scandal occurred in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, and it came to light in 1992. A gang of people befriended school girls, raped them, took photographs in compromising positions and used these photographs to exploit the victims. According to reports, more than 200 girls may have been involved.
Contents [hide] //[edit] Victims Most of the victims faced harassment and threats. According to police investigations, about half a dozen girls were suspected to have been driven to suicide. Ajmer Mahila Samooh, which tried to take up the cause of the victims, soon withdrew following threats to its activists.[1] [edit] Trial According to the police and NGOs, it was a tough case to build, because most of the victims were reluctant to come forward. The photographs and videos used for blackmail helped to identify the accused and to build the case against them. Of the girls suspected to have been subjected to rape and blackmail, 30 were identified in the investigations. Twelve filed cases and of these, 10 later backed out.[1] Of the sixteen men identified by the complainants, eleven were arrested.[2] Political controversy surrounded the legal proceedings. Many of the accused had political connections, and it was alleged in the Indian press that only those with non-Bharatiya Janata Party affiliations were arrested. One of the lawyers involved in the case, Parasam Sharma, a district secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), alleged that he had received threats from some of the accused.[1] The first judgment came in 1998 after six years of proceedings. Eight of the accused were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by Ajmer District court. Of the remaining eight accused, Farooq Chishti, a former Indian Youth Congress leader and son of a Khadim, was reported to have lost his mental balance and turned schizophrenic. His trial is still pending. Another of the accused, Purushottam, was said to have committed suicide soon after he was released on bail on March 8, 1994. Six others, including the two main accused, Nafees Chishti and Sohail Ghani, disappeared. The Rajasthan High Court reduced the quantum of punishment for four of the eight convicts from life sentence to 10 years' imprisonment, but maintained the life sentence on the other four. The Government of Rajasthan filed an appeal against the reduction in punishment in the Supreme Court of India while the four had challenged their conviction. In 2004, the Supreme court dismissed both the appeals filed by the State, as well as those filed by the convicted persons. A bench comprising Justice N. Santosh Hegde and Justice B. P. Singh concluded: "having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the sentence is reduced to ten years rigorous imprisonment."
