"Naivete" ...? I have been wondering from day one if that is the true word for O's "politics".Reader comment on item: Obama and Israel, Into the Abyss Submitted by kman (United States), Jul 27, 2009 at 22:07 I have asked myself what shrewd planning on the part of the militant Muslim world, which is becoming much more educated and "shrewd", would work best to de-stabilize Israel's greatest ally, the world's greatest advocate of democracy, and anti-radical Islam agendas - ? Obama, who once referred to himself as a Muslim on a public interview and had to be "corrected" by his interviewer, has appointed many Muslims into second tier positions. This forms a shadow administration that wields the true power while putting public attention to the so-called first tier appointees. Clinton is a typical example who seems to be pushing the limp formulas of the Liberals. The real result is to annihilate U.S. foreign policy altogether from the world wide viewpoint. What, I ask, is the real subterranean move here? Is Obama really that ridiculously naive? I know the Clintons for themselves are just looking to enrich their own financial and political power bases without any regard to maintaining U.S. supremacy of any kind. Power brokers can easily re-establish a home country without any allegiance to anyone but themselves. I don't subscribe to "conspiracy theories". I have watched world and national politics and events for many decades. I am neither a Democrat or Republican. Nor do I subscribe to mainstream conservatism anymore. Self- serving agendas seem to be establishing themselves all over the political map. I see coming of the one "power" that created all that exists. His hand is very capably still in charge while allowing mankind just enough lee-way to hang himself - as that "mankind" has done multiple times within its thousands of years of history. It's a terrible shame so very few people see the over all game plan or even man's proclivity towards repeating his own mistakes over and over again, ad nauseum. I have immense respect for the Daniel Pipes of this world, but I think things have tanked so far that they are pounding against massively established brick walls of rampant and disinterested ignorance. Until people learn to latch onto the Creator himself, all efforts will eventually fail when tried from a purely humanist position. Man has proven redundantly that he can't sustain any grip on reality. Check all the way back into man's history for yourself. By all means, use secular history if you don't care for the Biblical version. They both easily prove the same conclusion. By himself, man is hopeless.
