It is time for Fatah to live in the real world.Reader comment on item: Reflections on the Sixth Fatah General Congress Submitted by batya dagan (United States), Aug 19, 2009 at 21:01 I totally agree that now after what we heard in the Fatah conference ,only a crushing military defeat will put an end to the Palestinian expectration that Israel will become Palestine as a result of a war they will start on Israel.Obama , being so un skilled in matters of the Middle East, just helped nurish the Palestinian childish dream that they will win this war on Israel by forcing Bibi to stop the building in the settlements. To them and to Obama this is victory. To reality this is a lull in the spin,a short time out.The PA Arabs should hope that it is just a short time out because in the real world they need the jobs of building the houses in Judea and Sameria. What they really need is to shake off the old Arafat/Fatah fantasias and start living in a quiet world where there are jobs, money ,food ,realistic education for their children and a fine neighbor that is helpful and friendly.
