american dream replaced by islam ( multicultural ramadan ad )

"multicultural ramadan" in my view is to avoid saying "multicultural islam", which I would understand to be a historic fact. The impact changes when this is coming from the us government. Traditionally the myth of the "american dream" would provide the umbrella for a multicultural life of happiness in the usa. According to the government this is valid no longer, now islam is to provide that umbrella, not only in the usa but worldwide. To make things worse, the usa no longer hosts the umbrella but seeks shelter under it, some degradation I would say. That would be a serious change in perspective on a historical scale.
