Far too many people for far too long have not been able to see the problems we face.

Some people honestly don't see a problem, others sadly choose not too see, by means of political correctness or because they do not wish to seem racist.

Well there is a problem and we are trying to deal with it. However it would be a heck of a lot easier if we had more people on board.
