He's not even an American.Reader comment on item: Counterterrorism in Obama's Washington Submitted by Tom Dundee (United States), Mar 13, 2010 at 20:08 I seriously doubt that Obama is even an US citizen. I believe he was born in Kenya, not HI. Even if that is incorrect, he would have lost his citizenship when he moved to Indonesia. Indonesian law, Sharia law for family matters, required everyone in the house to be of the same citizenship and religion as the man of the house. So that made Barry an Indonesian and a Moslem. At that time neither the US nor Indonesia allowed dual citizenship. There there is the matter of Obama's college scholarships, they were for foreign students. Whose passport did he travel under? It doesn't appear to be a US passport. His Selective Service registration is also a matter of concern. It was filled out in 2007 and backdated to 1979. If he was a citizen, failing to register is a felony. If he wasn't a US citizen, he would not have had to register. But tampering with govt documents is a felony. This is the most interesting of all the questions. I am not a birther. I was on his citizenship issues before he had the nomination.
