need fulfillmentReader comment on item: CAIR Attacks the Foreign Policy Research Institute Submitted by trans-parere (Canada), Mar 21, 2010 at 13:56 Council on American-Islamic Relations Council on American-Jewish Relations Council on American-Christian Relations subjective need(dogma)= (assumed) authoritative body= socio-political religious construct= advancing subjective need + dogma all religious organs desire to promote "their dogma". and IF "Christianity" was as Islam is today, I believe such like named entities of Christian geo-social politics would mirror CAIR. I also have some early memories of the JDL and of the controversies relating to their behavior. Not that I make any excuse for a "CAIR" like entity. I detest all individuals who have/exersize a fundamental need to assume an authoritative position over any portion of society but, one can not (without bias) in an open society choose one such entity over the other or allow one and not the other. The only democratic way to mitigate such social-authoritative constructs is to make them accountable to the people. Licence them and audit them and keep their "authority" to very limited venue of "voluntary" acceptance through the enactment and enforcement of criminal and civil law. A geo-social political secular bias. :-)
