good newsReader comment on item: Waging Jihad Through the American Courts Submitted by Sir Daniel M.J.Tobin (United States), Mar 22, 2010 at 12:54 This is an outstanding article, and should be required reading for law school students in the United States. In the future, I hope to see articles about how the Islamist Gaddaffi Foundation is a front for terrorism, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The New York Times did an article some time ago about the Gaddaffi family enjoying Paris, France, but they should be taken into custody for profiting from the blood monies and war crimes of their father Abu Minyar or "colonel"Muammar Gaddaffi of adopted Libya. Gaddaffi is culpable for genocide of the Libyan National people, and the bombing of Pan Am Flight #103, 1988, and is still alive and calling for Jihad against the West according to New York Times writer Mr. Erlanger. Unfortunately, the ill-advised Bengasi raid in 1986 Operation El Dorado canyon did not "put Qaddaffi out of the terrorism business forever" as Oliver North once bragged, but he could be taken into custody for War Crimes by Mossad, and or Cia at anytime I pray.
