William Quandt's embarassing memo, What a Misunderstanding of History.Reader comment on item: William Quandt's Embarrassing Memo Submitted by Anne-USA (United States), May 31, 2010 at 09:27 Once again ignorance as to the situation on the ground, that involves rockets, aggression, and violence directed at Israel. Carter was the worst tactition and strategist as is Quandt. Instead they focus on the Palestinian plight which I might add has been brought on the Palestinian people by bad governments. Listen to the sentence, "An Israeli leadership which may be more assertive in policies concerning the West Bank, Palestinians, settlements, and Nuclear weapons." Israel has the right to protect their land, and use the best resources they have to combat terrorism. This amounts to a contest in the Left's mind, as usual totally pro-Palestinian. The world sees throught the so called-Diplomatic Farce meant to bring about a Palestinian State!
