Reader comment on item: European Immigrants in Marrakech

It's a sad commentary when an impoverished country complains about foreigners coming to their country and spending money to boost the economy. I guess foreigners get blamed when they do good and do bad. I wish people would make up their minds and answer this question " Are foreigners good or bad for the economy?".
