Jonathan Schanzer has an article that explains the hypocrisy on the Left.

In other words, apathy or willful blindness- regarding Jihad has become so deep-seated in the West that islamists need no longer actively dissemble. Governmental policies help their cause.

The Schanzer article talks about the decline of communism brought about the ideologies of the Left to support Islam, thus trying to gain control of nations through political parties. This is exactly whats happening.

As far as waking up, 2nd Thessalonians 9-11 describes the situation we face. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs, and wonders and( in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing.) They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. We are living in the era of Deception, deliberate lies. Unless people are well read and know history they will be doomed to failure.
