The KoranReader comment on item: Interview with the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry Submitted by Paul Severien (Australia), Jul 26, 2010 at 16:42 I believe the whole problem of militant Islam lies in the Koran or Quoran as they call it. Children are taught to memorize it and many Arabic speaking children understand what is said. The non-Arabic speakers are taught the contents by their Imams at Friday Prayers. Moderate Muslims do not adhere to the Koran word for word just as we do not believe the Bible word for word. That is the difference. The Koran has many chapters which include hatred of Jews and Christians even as far as to convert or annihilate the non-believer or those who desecrate their religion. I am of the opinion that religions should be respected.
