Secularism would also prohibit mandated paganism because it is also a RELIGIOUS SYSTEM. "Irreligious" people are not Pagans, they are agnostic or atheist. Both imply that they do not hold beliefs in any types of Gods whatsoever (including Pagan Gods). The purpose of non-religious people supporting secularism is so that the religious freedom of themselves and others is not infringed upon by the government.
