Why secularism fails in Muslim world?

The West won the East/Islam/Muslims technologically, economically, politically but not spiritually(by winning over communities from Islamic lands thru conversion to secularism or Christianity).

Because the west which went up against Islam/Muslims, allowed only the western communities to prosper, not Muslim communities. For example,

1. Only muslim majority country Albania has been left the poorest country of Europe for the last 6-7 decades even while the people of the country accepted the irreligious ideologies (communism and liberal secularism) as ruling ideologies. At the same time, Australia which is 14000 kms away from Europe has been promoted as a developed country. The only disqualification found by the west in Albania was its majority religious faith even while it is a white majority country and is in European community. So the liberal secularism knows/feels/discriminates based on religion. There are scores of Muslim majority countries outside the Europe having double the per capita income of Albania. It is real shamelessness for the West.

2. All the World war 1/2 powers whether they won the wars or lost the wars, allowed to become developed/industrialised countries except Turkey even while Turkey accepted secularism as a ruling ideology immediately after the world war 1 and took a lot of measures like secularising the society and separating the religion from daily life. Turkey tried to follow the west to the extent that it changed the alphabet of Turkish language from Persian to Latin. Again here the only disqualification found by the West in Turkey was its majority religious faith even while a white majority country. So the liberal secularism knows/feels/discriminates based on religion.

3. When the West estalished the United Nations, it made sure that no Muslim country should have power in the security council with veto tool. No veto powered country has Muslim representation.

4. Now for Iran it denies its legal right for peaceful nuclear technology. Again here the only disqualification found by the West in Iran was its majority religious faith. So the liberal secularism knows/feels/discriminates based on religion.

5. Wherever democracy is accepted by muslims, the successful muslim leaders are not accepted by the west - Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Algeria, etc. But whoever friendlier to the west are dictators - Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, etc.

So, for the Muslim world liberal secularism is nothing more than wearing skimpy clothing, being prone to alcoholism, ignoring family life, etc. all negative aspects of human life because their democratically elected leaders are not accepted by the West.

So, the west's double standard is the reason for not winning over Islam/Muslims towards liberal secularism.

So, it really looks like Islam will do well when the decadent west is rolling on debt, and Islam's spiritual curve has always been up even when its technological/political/economical curves have gone up and down. It really won people's hearts and minds in the last 14 centuries by winning over people from all major faiths including Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc.
Other religions lose memberships to Islam but not vice versa. It has been proved over time for 14 centuries.

This proves that Islam finally will win the whole world thru its comparatively good ideals - family life, morality seriousness, etc.

Does the debt-ridden West have enough time to show its impartiality towards the Islamic/Muslim world when it(the West) is feeling the economic pressure from China, India, etc.?

Certainly no.
