In Khomeini's comments, substitute "Israel" for "Salman Rushdie" and you have the attitude of Islamism vis a vis the Jewish State crystal-clear.
The question is are Europeans as blase about their freedom as they are about Islamism assassinating Israel? Thankfully Israel can take care of itself, but can Europe?
