Your comment ... First of all the labour party supporting the STOP THE BOATS campaign lost the elections. Normally the supporters of this kind of campaign are people with little education and looking after an excuse for their own failures.

There is no such things as lower cultural norms. Culture is culture! If your neighborhood is full of drug and violence, don't blame the mexicans who owoned this territory before the coloners or the blacks who were forced as slaves into this country.
