Citizenship

How did all of the some or all of the now 13,000,000 pass the citizenship requirements? as Students or friends of past administrations or present administration? Why do we not insist that we get out of that part of the world? Their culture is the way it has been for centuries. It is so ingrained in their lives that it will take centuries before they would be able to change. We need to get out of afghanistan, if they want to be like us they will copy us. We can not be so naive as to believe that we can make them want to. They hate us and will continue to do as much damage as they can to try to destroy us.
