ANARCHY JUSTIFIED ?

Reader comment on item: Florida Pastor Sparks Outrage

Submitted by Clarence Paul Puckett (United States), Apr 9, 2011 at 21:15

I don't think so; civil rule always says no to anarchy; that may be an exception in afghanistan and other muslim countries; but even there, mobs should not be tolerated, this pastor has done nothing more than exercise his freedom and freedom of speech in a country that tolerates it by our constitution and civil laws, state by state; we have the right to expose a false religion, their book or books, their prophet , even if it is one of ours, and plenty of them could be taken to task; these people committed a host of barbariac acts, not only killing many guards, and people, but be-heading some; I feel prime minister karsai bears part resposibility for their reluctance to deal with this before it got out of hand; a strong military should have faced these people down, and if need be; fire on them, even if it meant more lives were lost; mostly theirs; this loss of life and be-heading would have been prevented, and a message sent to all of these religious fanatics; we will not tolerate outof controll mobs, and uncivil actions; as Daniel Pipes so wisely stated; it also sends a message over here to us, that we are not only to tolerate their Godless ideology, lawlessness, but we are to respect their religious rights, at the sacrifice of our own, the one true God and his Son; Jesus Christ; just because over a billion and a half people are deceived by this falsehood, does not mean it is accepted and respected by Americans; we respect their rights to worship their own faith; but stop short of honoring their religion itself; our God does not permit acts of violence for any reason, by anybody, no matter who they are, and what they are; mullahs, priests, preachers, adhearnts; he that lives by the sword shall die by the sword !
