Islamic hypocrisy: burning of the Qur'an, idols in islam and hungry goats that eat the words of AllahReader comment on item: Florida Pastor Sparks Outrage Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Apr 12, 2011 at 07:02 We are told in the islamic historical tradition that al-Khalifa Uthman (he is the one who collected the Qur'an or Mushaf Uthman) did burn copies (suhuf) that he believed were variant readings of the Qur'an and we are told that may be Uthman has burnt in the process the likes of ayat al-rajm or the missing stoning verse (we are also told that the stoning verse was written on a palm leaf but it was lost because it was eaten by a hungry goat!) . Well if so then pastor Jones is in good company with the likes of Uthman And who says that Islam is not ridiculous Muslims also tell us that there are no idols in Islam which means that there should be no problem with burning a copy of the Qur'an after all it is not an idol! well it seems that this is also not true at least in the case of a copy of the Qur'an but again Islamic theology is ridiculous
