Driven to Drink

Reader comment on item: Public Opinion, Now More Important in War than the Literal Battlefield

Submitted by Jay1 (United States), Jun 5, 2011 at 11:10

This article asks, how does a country being driven to drink, concentrate more efforts for others to think. The answer in part is yes,as Dr Pipes suggests,Israel must try harder. But perfect honesty must also conclude, that the audience doesnt care, listen or is part of the problem. As the only Jewish country, Israel is always being asked to overly provide credentials to the various country clubs of thought. And if Israel is being asked to die for the sins of others,or choose between a gun to its head or its heart, no PR will overly succeed.

So while yes, Israel needs to ready answers before questions, make no mistake. The audience is made up of, as the newspapers and UN dont daily report, countries like Alawite occupied Syria and Lebanon, and an oil family in a big big house named Saud.
